Attention members Beat the Heat is starting a new class. Street Car Class Rules: Tagged, inspected and insured Must have an agency or current member sponsor. Magnetic decals and stickers are permitted. Must have lights. Helmet and jacket is required. Drag radials are permitted. No slicks. Must follow NHRA rules. $65 yearly dues You do not have to be a police, fire or EMS to run in this class. Just be sponsored by a agency. Let your friends and families know.

The goal of this event is to connect and serve the surrounding churches of North Louisiana and to provide a means of awareness as to the services that are available to churches and their congregation.   We are seeking a wide range of vendors to increase the benefit’s for participants to attend.  Our vendor categories include: Food Service, Mission’s Organizations, Janitorial, Literature & VBS Material providers, Sound & Lighting, Educational Services, Office Equipment, Fundraising, and General Maintenance. This event will be an opportunity for you to introduce your services to local church leaders and connect with them on an individual basis.  We expect church leaders from All over North Louisiana to attend. Our desire is to see close to 400 attend this event. Below is a list of ways that you can participate as a vendor: 1.            Provide Literature to place in each participants bag 2.            Provide a Booth to meet participants face to face 3.            Provide Door Prizes to be awarded during the event 4.            Provide a Breakout session on a specified topic This will be the cheapest advertising you will spend this year!  We are not charging vendors for this event.   Just fill out the Vendor Form and we will reserve a space for you.
