WORLD FINALS SCHEDULE UPDATE: Thanks to Scott and John for getting all of this arranged. We are asking everyone coming to bring canned goods or non-perishable items for a food drive our hosts, the Mopar group, are doing. We can get into the track on Wednesday. Please put the gate back the way you find it when you arrive. BTH parking area is at the east end by the tech building. If you are bringing a motorhome, you will need to get with the track for electric if needed. At this time we do not have a display schedule for Thursday. If something gets arranged John or Scott will post the info. Annual Meeting is Friday at 9am. We will be at the Rose Event Center, 808 S Main St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 All BTH drivers and up to 4 crew members will be comped in on Friday and Saturday. You must have a BTH wristband. We will have them at the annual meeting. Each driver will get 5 bands. Anyone else over that will need to pay spectator entry. Anyone that is racing will have to purchase a tech card for each day. $10 a card. Friday night the gates open at 6pm but we should be able to get in earlier. We will be running Test and Tune as well as finishing the Texas Challenge for those who were there. Saturday gates open at 8am and time trials are scheduled to start at 9am depending on the weather. We will run 2 time trials. 1/8 mile. There will be a fuel truck available with all types of fuel. If you have a Mopar and want to race with that group then you will need to get with them and pay an additional fee for that race. We will be providing a meal at the track on Saturday. John we are glad that you are a member, as I said earlier members like you that aren‘t police, fire, ems are an asset to our program.

Beat The Heat has numerous non Police, Fire, and EMS members. The new class was suggested by several members, and has already gotten a lot of interest.
